Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service and consultation skills to work with our network of partners across Sydney and the surrounding areas, providing educational support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel extensively throughout the region, visiting our partner locations as needed, while maintaining effective communication with the team leader.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners, motivating them to meet student enrolment, retention, and instructional goals.
  • Implement development plans and proposals to support student and business growth, resolving conflicts and providing business solutions in consultation with the team leader.
  • Act as a positive ambassador in promoting our brand.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in any field (essential).
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle (essential).
  • Strong customer focus, relationship management desirable.
  • Passion for the growth and development of children.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
