Frontline Food Preparation Specialist

The primary role of a Frontline Food Preparation Specialist is to deliver exceptional food services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our team requires skilled individuals who can work independently, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for assisting with basic food preparation, including vegetables and salads. Your duties may also include conducting stock control, reporting on quality and monitoring temperature levels.

Maintaining kitchen, food preparation, storage, and service areas and equipment to a high standard is crucial to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. You will be expected to maintain a strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant hospitality experience is highly valued.
  • Strong knife handling, food safety, and preparation skills are essential.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated individuals who can work autonomously are preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude, drive, and willingness to take on new challenges are required.
