We are looking for an experienced culinary professional to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role
  • Develop menus, seasonal specials, and estimate food and labour requirements to drive business success.
  • Cook and present dishes consistently to high standards across all sections of the kitchen.
  • Manage food supplies, including ordering, inventory control, and waste minimisation.
  • Maintain quality control throughout food preparation and presentation processes.
About You
  • Minimum one year of full-time experience as a Chef in a high-volume or fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Possess formal qualifications in Commercial Cooker/Kitchen Management (Certificate IV or equivalent) and Hospitality Management (Diploma level or equivalent).
