Site Coordination Expert

Are you a seasoned professional with experience in telecommunications construction? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy seeing projects come to life?

As a Site Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in coordinating skilled trades and subcontractors, ensuring construction runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

  • Conduct site inspections and plan construction activities
  • Lead and brief subcontractors on scope and expectations
  • Manage resources, materials, and equipment to keep projects moving
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve variations and challenges
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality benchmarks

About You:

  • Trade qualification and experience supervising contractors in civil or telecommunications projects
  • Knowledge of Telstra/NBN networks (advantageous)
  • Civil construction experience (e.g., directional drilling, trenching, ploughing)
  • Understanding of cabling requirements for residential and business structures
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel across WA
