Job Overview

Catalyst Metals Limited owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in Western Australia, producing 85koz of gold annually.

The mine is preparing to bring three new mining areas into production over the next 12-18 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop short-term development designs, regional evaluations, and schedules.
  • Ensure operational targets are met.

This position provides exposure to complex planning in a highly mechanised mine, rewarding proactive and critical thinkers with a collaborative approach.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering.
  • 4+ years' relevant mining industry experience.
  • Underground production and planning experience in mechanised hard-rock mining.
  • Proficiency with Deswik software suite.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
