About the Role

  • ">
  • As a Service Manager, you will be part of our Institutional Division where you will oversee the entire management of installations, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades across our Hospitality, Aged, and Health Care customers within QLD.">
  • You will provide value through key project installations of our Ware Washing, Laundry, and Housekeeping equipment on-site as well as offer escalated troubleshooting and maintenance support.">
  • This is a pivotal role where the successful applicant will proactively identify and respond to known equipment failures, determine cost estimates, and support our internal team through the implementation of service improvements to customer operations.">

This role involves frequent travel and overnight trips to customer sites across the QLD territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Project manage the installation of our Institutional equipment in partnership with our internal and external installation teams, identifying project priorities and managing service requests to ensure commitments are delivered on time.">
  • Complete pre-Installation surveys and determine project costs and Bill of Material lists for project planning.">
  • Ensure the accuracy of project cost estimates versus actual project costings.">
  • Provide training to internal Territory Managers and Customers on newly installed systems.">
  • Offer escalated technical support across the servicing and maintenance of our equipment and software.">
  • Work closely with our internal teams to create and deliver customer presentations on new systems and equipment as well as organize customer trials.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A background in electrical work, plumbing, or a mechanical trade would be advantageous.">
  • Previous technical project management experience.">
  • A hands-on approach to service delivery.">
  • Possess a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.">
