About This Role

Lead a high-volume hospitality operation as the Venue Manager, overseeing six bars and three kitchens that operate seven days a week. Drive service standards, guest experience, and team culture to deliver exceptional experiences.

This is a rare opportunity to lead within a collaborative and highly skilled support network, backed by dedicated HR, Marketing, and IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar leadership role, strong knowledge of licensing laws, food safety and health & safety regulations, and proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage rostering to align with operational demands and budget forecasts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings and ensure team training and communication is clear and current
  • Partner with chefs and marketing to coordinate weekly menu updates and printed collateral
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including wage costs, comps, wastage, and stock control
  • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a diverse team with clear structure and accountability
  • Champion a culture of passion, quality, and hospitality across all areas of the venue
About You
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive team performance
  • Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management and financial reporting tools
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
