Job Overview:

The role of Senior Business Partner is a key leadership position within the People & Culture team, responsible for providing strategic support and guidance to stakeholders in delivering business outcomes.

This position involves managing critical projects and initiatives, leading the implementation of people processes across the organization, and providing expert advice on employee relations and employment matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead business initiatives in talent management, diversity, and employee engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance on workplace relations and ER/IR matters.
  • Manage and lead key projects and organizational transformation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to solve business challenges.
  • Coach and support stakeholders to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Provide regular updates on emerging issues and business risks.

We are looking for dynamic and values-led professionals who possess 5+ years in P&C leadership roles with expertise across key areas like performance management, leadership coaching, reward, and talent acquisition.

Required skills include:

  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong ability to drive business outcomes through people programs.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and industrial agreements.
  • Skilled in advising and influencing leaders, driving business results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality service.

A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels, is also essential.

Required qualifications include a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience), and completion of an NDIS Screening Workers Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
