  • Coach leaders on effective people management, performance, and culture.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate risks, and provide guidance on HR best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resources / Business Partner role.
  • Experience working in a retail environment.
  • Degree / Qualification in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Experience coaching people to deliver feedback, proven ability in dispute resolution and proactive on finding the best solutions for people.
  • Confidence in local and industry legislations and ability to inspect any changes that may impact our people strategy.
  • Ability to use your judgement to make impactful decisions that will inspire a positive outcome.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create meaningful work relationships that best support our people.
