Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture professional to join our team as a Business Partner.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on people management processes, employee relations, and other P&C matters.
  • Support leadership development and improve employee engagement through coaching and strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive P&C initiatives that meet business needs and goals.
  • Lead and manage employee relation matters, including policy interpretation, performance management, and workplace investigations.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in generalist HR and/or Business Partner roles across multiple P&C areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate P&C programs into meaningful solutions for clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, industrial agreements, and associated processes.
  • Expertise in providing advice and influencing leaders to deliver effective employee lifecycle initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
