Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Venue Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our pub, bistro, sports bar, and gaming rooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance requirements within the gaming industry and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Venue Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, bistro, sports bar, and gaming rooms to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to gaming industry regulations and compliance standards to minimize risk and maintain a good reputation.
  • Training and Coaching: Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Customer Service: Foster a welcoming atmosphere and ensure patrons have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue generation opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of dedicated professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management regarding venue performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements within the gaming industry.
  • Strong gaming industry knowledge.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to train and coach staff effectively.
  • Experience in managing bistro, sports bar, and gaming rooms.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Must have valid RSG and RSA
