**BURGER URGE - Operational Field Trainer**

We're hiring a motivated Operational Field Trainer with a focus on training FOH and BOH operations in the hospitality sector. This role not only promises growth potential, also involves exciting travel opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure consistent and excellent adherence to operational and training procedures across all venues.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) staff in existing establishments.
- Lead the training efforts for BOH and FOH teams during the launch of new venues, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Develop and implement high-quality training content to elevate the skill set of your team, fostering continuous improvement.

**Essential Requirements**
- Essential hands-on experience in Back of House (BOH) operations within the hospitality sector.
- Preferred experience in Front of House (FOH) operations, demonstrating a well-rounded understanding of venue dynamics.
- Knowledge of Workplace Health, Food safety standards, and adherence to safety procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Possession of a current RSA for Queensland is mandatory, with a willingness to obtain the necessary certifications for other states and territories.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is advantageous.
