Your leadership skills will help build strong relationships with our teams, ensuring every venue delivers outstanding performance and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Finance: Collaborate with Franchise and Corporate venues to boost sales. Analyze sales mix and fine-tune local marketing plans while keeping a close eye on financial health.
  • Customer Experience Champion: Create a buzz around customer feedback, streamline wait times, and ensure our venues deliver top-notch experiences. Your training and coaching will set the standard.
  • People & Training: Lead the charge on operational efficiency by analyzing key metrics and optimizing staff performance. Ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Inventory & Cash Management: Keep costs in check by managing inventory effectively, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Operations & Facilities: Oversee maintenance and operations, ensuring venues run like well-oiled machines, all while adhering to budgetary guidelines.

  • Inventory Know-How: Solid understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Organizational Pro: Masterful at prioritizing and managing workflows.
