Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our SASE team, you will be responsible for expanding our CASB/DLP footprint in ANZ. You will partner with the broader account teams to help our customers develop a data security strategy to detect and prevent advanced cyber attacks and data breaches.

You will build trust with our customers and internal teams, establishing strong rapport as a trusted advisor, and ensuring we are their cybersecurity partner of choice. Additionally, you'll be called upon to offer feedback to our product management team on new feature requests and product improvements based on what you learn from your customer base.

Your Impact

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with sales specialists, account teams and local partners
  • Identify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutions
  • Architect and propose validated solutions which address the identified CASB/DLP problems in each individual environment
  • Delivering presentations/demonstrations to prospective and current clients, PoC (Proof of Concept), RFP/RFI response
  • Ensure ongoing customer happiness, support, and adoption
  • Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies within CASB/DLP and the broader SASE platform.
  • Understand and effectively differentiate against our top competitors
  • Act as the customer advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow up with the customer until the issue is resolved

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales role
  • Extensive experience with CASB or DLP solutions
  • Knowledge of SASE, SSE or SD-WAN architectures and providers
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ambitious attitude
  • Willing to travel up to 50%

Preferred

  • Remote user access technologies
  • Tunneling protocols such as SSL/TLS, IPSec, GRE, DMVPN
  • Authentication methodologies, including 2FA, RADIUS, LDAP, AD
  • IP Routing - BGP, OSPF, Static, Network Address Translation
  • Certificate Management
  • Next Generation Firewall capabilities, configuration, and deployment
  • Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency, challenge new things actively, and continuously learn independently - While working autonomously, trust teammates and value teamwork
