Customer Service Support Role

At our organisation, we are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to provide frontline customer service and administrative support in a health and wellbeing service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage client appointments and provide reception support.
  • Deliver administrative support to service delivery teams and managers.
  • Assist with data entry, correspondence, invoicing, and event coordination.

As a successful applicant, you will have previous experience in customer service and business operations, ideally in health or government settings. You will possess strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage competing priorities.

Our ideal candidate holds (or is able to obtain) a Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People registration.
