Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with emotional, behavioral, and cognitive differences.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be empathetic and patient, and have experience working with individuals with complex needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, complex PTSD, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders is preferred but not required.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides programs and services for children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, emotional and behavioral differences, and dual diagnoses.

This position involves assisting individuals in daily activities, including health and personal management, achieving personal goals, recreation, and household living, while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment that meets their physical, emotional, and personal needs.

Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.

With a BA / BS - $20.86 per hour

With an MA / MS or higher - $21.93 per hour
