About the Role

As a seasoned tax professional, you will be responsible for inspiring clients to make confident decisions about their lives, careers, and finances. You will build strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on tax matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting tax interviews, preparing accurate tax returns, and generating business growth. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face or virtually
  • Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
  • Generate business growth and increase client retention
  • Provide IRS support and offer additional products and services
  • Mentor and support teammates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax
  • Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
  • Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
  • Experience with tax planning and audit support
