Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

  • Job Description:
  • Support enterprise agreement implementation and ensure compliance with employment legislation and industrial instruments.
  • Conduct workforce contract compliance reviews to identify and address potential risks.
  • Assess time and wages data to ensure alignment with the enterprise agreement and Fair Work Act.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law, industrial relations, and policy application.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support remediation of compliance issues and develop workforce-related policies.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement change management planning and consultation for Juniper's new 2025 Enterprise Agreement.
  • Support workforce-related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and policy applications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

 

  • Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in employee relations or industrial relations within a complex organization.
  • Expertise in interpreting enterprise agreements, awards, and employment law.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills to manage data and assess compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and drive change.
