
Workplace Relations Specialist

The Workplace Relations Specialist will be responsible for developing accurate and accessible resources on workplace relations topics for the arts sector. The ideal candidate will have a law degree and experience in a legal or policy setting, with excellent writing skills and strong research and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Create plain language content on trauma-informed workplace practices and related policies, templates, and guidance materials.
- Maintain a legal toolkit with interactive web-based tools and resources.
- Research and update plain language content to reflect changes in legislation.
- Provide specialist advice on workplace issues and align recommendations with strategic priorities.
- Draft high-quality submissions, briefs, reports, and policy documents for various stakeholders.
- Law degree (e.g., anti-discrimination law, commercial law, work health and safety).
- Experience in a legal or policy setting, such as work health and safety, commercial law, or government.
- Excellent writing skills with demonstrated experience creating high-quality resources for diverse audiences.
- Strong research and project management skills, including preparing plans and reporting against milestones.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Full-time, permanent role with flexible working hours.
- Hybrid work arrangement with two days of remote work and three days on-site.
