]The Opportunity
]We're currently seeking an experienced People & Culture professional to join our leadership team in Wagga Wagga. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing organisation that's forecast to grow significantly.
]Responsibilities
]The successful candidate will lead the People & Culture team in providing guidance, coaching, support, advice, and feedback to managers across the organisation. You'll also be responsible for developing and rolling out significant projects to meet our core objectives, including employer of choice strategies, learning and development programs, supervision, HR information systems, and onboarding processes.
