People and Culture Leader Opportunity

The role of People and Culture Leader is a critical position within our organisation, requiring an individual with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of cultural dynamics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that provides guidance, coaching, and support to managers across the organisation on all aspects of people, culture, wellbeing, and safety. This includes strategic initiatives related to practice and process, client and community engagement, communication, and culture and connection.

  • This requires collaboration with Executive Officers and Business Services Manager to develop and implement strategies aligned with core objectives.
  • Additionally, the People and Culture Leader will play a pivotal role in the development and rollout of significant projects, such as employer of choice strategies, learning and development programs, supervision, HR information systems, onboarding and orientation processes.
