We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our operations forward as a Chief Operating Officer.

About the Role:

This strategic leadership position is responsible for overseeing multiple portfolios, including Employment Services, Training, and Health. The successful candidate will lead a workforce of approximately 600 staff across various sites and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with our organisation's vision, mission, and values.
  • Lead service delivery across multiple operational lines, driving high-quality outcomes and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial viability of program/service units.
  • Represent us with key external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Contribute to organisation-wide strategy and decision-making, leveraging your expertise in finance, human resources, business planning, and strategy.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Senior operational leadership experience across multiple service lines, geographies, or business units.
  • Strong acumen in financial management, human resources, business planning, and strategy development.
  • Demonstrated experience working with government contracts, regulators, funding bodies, and community stakeholders.
  • Track record of driving performance and delivering results in a geographically dispersed organisation.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, build networks, and foster a positive workplace culture.
