Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete payroll function including new employee setup, terminations, leave administration, and reporting.
  • Run pay cycles every fortnight, processing and managing payroll data accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage payroll operations for various entities while maintaining stringent accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant payroll records, adhering to relevant legislation and company policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated experience in comprehensive payroll management with 2-5 years of experience.
  • A thorough understanding of Australian payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Necessary experience in utilizing Preceda payroll system.
  • An ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, adapting approaches as necessary.
