Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice to internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of HR matters, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee development.
  • Partner with Directors, Managers, and staff to deliver high-quality HR services, ensuring a positive and productive workplace for all.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the achievement of organisational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience in an HR/IR environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of certified agreements, awards, legislation, and policies, along with experience interpreting and applying them.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic HR advice to both internal and external stakeholders across a variety of HR/IR matters.
  • Strong, hands-on experience in people management, with a track record of success in supporting and delivering to a multi-disciplinary workforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
