**Job Overview**

As an Executive Manager, Strategic Risk, your primary objective will be to enhance the maturity of Strategic and Emerging Risk management within the organization. This critical position plays a pivotal role in safeguarding strategic objectives and ensuring resilience in the face of emerging and evolving risks.

**Key Responsibilities**

Uplift Strategic Risk management capability by developing and implementing effective strategies for managing strategic positioning, execution, business models, and emerging risks. Foster a customer-centric environment and demonstrate ability to define, plan, shape strategies and initiatives into tactical plans for successful delivery.

Develop leadership skills with a proven ability to role model values and behaviors. Build capability and optimize performance of teams by creating a continuous improvement environment aligned with agile ways of working. Relevant tertiary qualification/s and 15+ years associated business experience are essential.
