The Chief Risk Officer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a strategic risk management framework across our financial institutions portfolio. This role requires a senior leader with extensive experience in risk identification, risk transfer, and insurance solutions for complex clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and embed a comprehensive risk management strategy aligned with business objectives.">
  • Provide expert advice on insurance coverage, claims, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting the financial sector.">
  • Leverage Aon's proprietary data and analytics to drive client acquisition and retention.">
  • Maintain strategic relationships with insurers and underwriters to stay abreast of market trends and capacity shifts.">
  • Monitor and interpret industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to disseminate insights to stakeholders.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience within the Financial Lines Insurance market with a focus on risk identification and risk transfer.">
  • Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Financial Lines Insurance products and risk solutions.">

  • Proven experience dealing with senior-level client relationships.">
  • Excellent cross-selling abilities and a keen entrepreneurial spirit.">
