About this role:
Claims Specialist Job DescriptionThis is a highly skilled position that requires attention to detail, multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
- The successful candidate will manage financial lines, general liability and cyber claims from notification through to resolution.
- They will provide professional, prompt and courteous service to clients and stakeholders.
- Responsibilities include providing detailed threshold coverage analysis and advice, timely and accurate reserves, working with legal partnerships to investigate and determine liability, and establishing effective claims resolutions.
Key requirements for the role include 3+ years of experience in Financial Lines claims management, a confident communicator who can build and maintain relationships, negotiate and deliver high levels of service to clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coverage analysis and policy interpretation, coupled with experience in Australian litigation and dispute resolution.
