
Marketing Specialist for Customer Acquisition

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to drive growth and scale our customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and experience in developing and executing successful channel strategies that align with overarching marketing goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands PLG dynamics, and is eager to rapidly test and innovate in the evolving landscape of AI-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute data-driven acquisition growth strategies, setting ambitious and measurable goals for volume and efficiency
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution from ideation and targeting to creative optimization and performance analysis
- Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to continuously refine ad creative, audience targeting, and bid strategies
- Leverage data and analytics to inform bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative approaches that enhance performance and efficiency
- Partner with teams across Brand, Product, and Data Engineering to ensure your channels are delivering against targets
- 3+ years of experience in Growth or Digital Marketing
- Curiosity to adopt new marketing strategies, tools, and AI-powered solutions to gain an edge
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis
- Experience building performance marketing channels from scratch, balancing effort vs reward to prioritize more impactful returns
- You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are not intimidated by ambiguity or change
