**About the role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns with a focus on employer branding. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
**What you will be doing**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, job boards, and our careers website.
- Produce video campaigns and work with third-party providers to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with our employer branding strategy.
- Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition marketing.
**About you**:
- Proven experience in end-to-end marketing campaign management.
- Preferably a background in employer branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
