Acquisition Marketing Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our acquisition marketing team, driving business growth through innovative campaigns and data-driven decision-making.

This leadership position is ideal for an experienced marketing expert who can develop and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will oversee a high-performing team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and brand values.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing multi-channel acquisition strategies, utilising advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, and optimising strategies for improved ROI.

Close collaboration with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams is essential to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and product offerings.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is required, along with at least 7 years of experience in acquisition marketing or related roles, including 3 years in a leadership position.
