Energy Optimization Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, analysing existing workflows, and leading projects from initial concept through to successful implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as a solution driver: Use your curious mind to identify opportunities for change and lead those changes from initial idea to final delivery.
  • Work independently: Demonstrate initiative and take ownership of projects, working autonomously without constant supervision.
  • Analyse and improve processes: Use your skills in process analysis and design to understand current workflows and redesign them to be more efficient and effective.
  • Leverage data for decisions: Analyse data to uncover valuable insights, using this information to inform strategic decisions and support proposed solutions.
  • Design technology solutions: Have a keen interest in how technology works and be involved in designing and delivering solutions that meet business needs.

  • Demonstrated experience in the full project lifecycle, from ideation and business case development to successful implementation.
  • Proficiency in process analysis and design, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and show initiative, taking ownership of projects and driving them forward without constant supervision.
