Program Coordinator for Children's Services

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator for our Out-of-School-Hours-Care (OSHC) program.

This is a permanent part-time position working 12 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. There may be opportunities to work additional hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan, implement, and evaluate the OSHC program in accordance with regulatory requirements and policies.
  • To maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for children and families.
  • To develop positive relationships with children and families, and cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young or school-aged children.
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check clearance.
  • Current first aid certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
