IT Support Position

We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our corporate team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth technical operations across the organization, providing timely and effective support to staff, maintaining systems, and assisting with projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to staff across multiple sites.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
  • Maintain technical assets, equipment, and inventories.
  • Assist with system upgrades, installations, and patches.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and digital transformation projects.
  • Provide clear communication and support to staff with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with technical policies, security, and data standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and permissions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
