We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our corporate team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth technical operations across the organization, providing timely and effective support to staff, maintaining systems, and assisting with projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to staff across multiple sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
- Maintain technical assets, equipment, and inventories.
- Assist with system upgrades, installations, and patches.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and digital transformation projects.
- Provide clear communication and support to staff with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with technical policies, security, and data standards.
You'll bring strong technical skills and a proactive mindset. You enjoy problem-solving, supporting others, and working in a mission-driven environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience in providing technical support (hardware, software, and networks).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and common business applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and permissions.
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
