We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Process Improvement Specialist. This role will involve driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, and implementing process improvements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working with the enterprise lead team to identify areas for improvement and develop process improvements;
  • Influencing an innovation culture within the program and wider portfolio;
  • Engaging stakeholders at all levels to facilitate and promote innovation and process improvement;
  • Developing and implementing CI activities, process documentation, and communication programs;
  • Championing lean principles to optimize new and existing processes;

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for a defence security clearance;
  • Demonstrable experience in business or continuous improvement roles, including process analysis and mapping, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and change management;
  • Knowledge of asset management frameworks and fundamentals;
  • Excellent communication skills and relevant CI qualifications;
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable (Green/Black Belt).
