Customer Service Role Overview:

We are seeking a part-time customer service representative to work Thursday's and Friday's. The successful candidate will assist our customers in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

The customer service representative will manage customer inquiries, providing personalized solutions. They will complete a lending accreditation program, ensuring excellent customer experiences. Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need lending experience (desirable), demonstrated retail banking or customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
