About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding financial planning teams in Perth. As a Client Service Associate or Manager, you will have exposure to all aspects of financial advice, including insurance, superannuation, investments, and collaboration with in-house professionals and specialist advisers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support in preparing Statements of Advice and Records of Advice
  • Liaise with product providers to gather information
  • Prepare and lodge client applications
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client files
  • Handle client inquiries and interact with administration platforms and fund managers
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) preferred for this position
  • Minimum 1 year's previous experience in a similar role within Financial Planning or Wealth Management desired
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and Xplan system knowledge are beneficial
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities required
  • Desire to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills necessary
