We are seeking an experienced ICT Senior Account Manager to join our growing NSW team and take our organisation to the next level. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ICT account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

The role is responsible for identifying new prospective clients in NSW using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sources. They will also acquire knowledge of competitors' ICT services and market trends to better serve client needs.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, checking-in with customers regularly, ensuring satisfaction with the work consultants are carrying out, and delivering an outstanding experience. At Terra Firma the work we do matters.
