About the Role
We're seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Team Members. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice to customers, operating as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
