Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer with Michael Page, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main role and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective resolution to customer enquiries, questions, and issues.
  • Working closely with internal teams to process customer requests and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Coordinating freight and shipping for client orders and providing accurate ETAs.
