About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to clients and customers through various communication channels.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer sales orders into our SAP and CRM systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure all customer enquiries, questions, issues, and complaints are fully resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal territory managers to process customer requests and resolve issues.
  • Freight and Shipping: Coordinate freight and shipping for client orders and provide accurate ETAs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and customer service.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using SAP and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
