The Opportunity

EML is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our program of work, comprising key projects and initiatives, to maximize performance outcomes and deliver business efficiencies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Workers Compensation legislation and associated regulations, as well as demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, working within a fast-paced business environment.

The Program Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and driving the strategic direction, performance, and sustainability of the Business Unit program function, managing and reporting on the program of work and projects end-to-end, and creating and maintaining strong relationships with all Agency stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team.

About You

  • Strong understanding of Workers Compensation legislation and associated regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, working within a fast-paced business environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies
