This is a career-defining role to help build a pioneering sleep wellness brand from the ground up. As a Senior Retail Manager, you will lead premium stores across Sydney, providing hands-on sales support and customer consultations.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, driving performance metrics, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer wellness transformation. You will also analyze performance data to identify opportunities and optimize positioning against competitors.
