Strategic Finance Professional

You will play a pivotal role in the success of our organization by delivering high-quality corporate, planning, performance, and support services for the Finance Division.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and research to inform effective operational planning, performance monitoring, and strategic governance for the Division.
  • Prepare and review reports, briefs, and correspondence for senior management.
  • Analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions for implementation.
  • Oversee the functions of the Strategy and Performance Office, ensuring efficient workflow and priorities that support the work unit, directors, and senior management.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage human and physical resources of the Division in consultation with work unit directors.
  • Create a work environment that fosters teamwork, empowers individuals to strive for continuous improvement, and encourages skill development and achievement of results.
