Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Director to provide visionary leadership and drive financial excellence across our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our business objectives, as well as providing expert guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Financial Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement financial plans that support business growth and expansion.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Establish and manage comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential financial risks, ensuring the stability and sustainability of our operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and improving operational efficiency.
