Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Outsourcing Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at either Manager or Senior Manager grade, depending on their prior experience and skills.

  • Dealing with clients: reviewing their processes to make recommendations for improvements
  • Management Accounting: producing timely and accurate management accounts that serve as a trustworthy foundation for financial planning and strategy
  • Management Reporting: assisting in developing a comprehensive management reporting pack to empower clients with the data needed to make informed strategic decisions
  • VAT Returns: producing and reviewing VAT returns for various clients in different industries
  • Team support and Development: cultivating a high-performing team through effective leadership, training, support and development
  • Systems and Processes Improvement: continuously assessing and enhancing finance systems and processes to support clients
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold an ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA qualification, have a solid background in finance operations work, and prior experience in a similar position. They should also have high-level IT proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of ICT/relevant software systems.

About the Role

This is not your average Business services accounts practice role. It involves working with clients to enhance their internal finance function, acting as one of their finance team, helping them streamline their accounts processes, and more.
