Lead Educator Role

In this pivotal position, you will have the opportunity to shape the educational journey of young children and play a key role in driving their holistic growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement curriculum that promotes comprehensive learning and advancement.
  • Provide guidance and support to educators in delivering high-quality educational programs.
  • Assess and evaluate children's progress in learning and development.
  • Establish clear objectives and expectations for teaching and practice.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement through strategic Quality Improvement Plans.
Requirements:
  • Possession of tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA) or equivalent diploma.
  • Significant experience in programming and industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Framework.
  • Previous experience in the early years sector is highly desirable.
  • Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
