Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Centre Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a passionate team of educators to deliver high-quality early learning programs that spark curiosity and align with NQF standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a high-energy, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
  • Inspiring and coaching educators to deliver their best every day
  • Leading play-based learning programs
  • Building authentic relationships with families and the community
  • Overseeing rosters, compliance, and enrolments with confidence and ease
  • Partnering with the Centre Manager to drive the centre's continued success

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) and have leadership experience or ambition to step into a Centre Manager role.

Other essential requirements include:

  • Knowledge of the NQF, regulations, and quality standards inside out
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative, energetic, and hands-on environment
  • Ready to lead from the floor and support educators daily
  • Holds current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and NSW clearances
