
Neonatal Intensive Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced neonatal care professional to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to premature and critically ill newborns, working collaboratively with families and healthcare teams to support neonatal health outcomes.
- Assess and plan care for newborns with complex needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care.
- Provide specialised nursing care to critically ill newborns, applying evidence-based practice and advancing clinical skills through mentorship and supervision.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with relevant experience in neonatal care.
- Postgraduate certificate in neonatal nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills, with ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care with empathy and respect.
