This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the Workplace experience (FM and Experience) function across QLD and SA People, Strategy and Experience (PSE) function within Telstra. You will be responsible for implementing best-in-class workplace delivery models, managing facilities, minor works, and workplace services, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to contractual obligations.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Should have 3-5 years' experience in facilities, workplace delivery, and property management
  • Will possess strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and network effectively
  • Will be a confident communicator with engaging presentation skills and active listening capabilities
  • Will have a passion for quality service delivery and the ability to adapt to rapid changes
  • Will be goal-oriented, able to focus on meeting all performance targets
  • Will demonstrate a strong understanding of digital technology in the events space, including webcasting, streaming
  • Must be available to work on-site or in-office at least 3 days a week

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
