Leading an Early Learning Centre

As a seasoned early learning professional, this opportunity to lead and manage your own centre is pivotal in our leadership team.

You will build strong relationships with children, families, and communities, driving a thriving business and delivering our bespoke learning program to children aged 0-5 years.

In this role, you will foster a talented team of educators and support staff, promoting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services
